Thought I give this meme a try and it was fun. While doing this, I looked up what Marvel Civil War is about. As it turns out, the U.S. Government passes a Super-Human Registration which lets superhumans roam, if they worked for them. So it came down to who would work with the Government and who wouldn’t.
